Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions

Jim is a Senior Financial Executive with experience spreading through technology and manufacturing service sectors, and real estate. Most recently, Jim served as CFO / Vice President of Finance at Milestone Technologies Inc., working alongside Prem for over 15 years, growing Milestone from 75 to over 2,000 employees. Through his 35+ year career, Jim has managed numerous M&A transactions from both the buy and sell side. Jim is an adaptive leader who understands global challenges and the evolving world of investment opportunities.

Arina is a highly effective Accounting Professional that drives strategic Accounting and Finance  initiatives for Growth Factors and portfolio companies. As Financial Controller, Arina oversees Accounting management and is responsible for financial planning analysis and strategic succession plans. With 15+ years of experience in multiple industries, Arina brings a diverse and well-rounded approach to understanding best practices through leading Accounting principles across various sectors.

Becky Bruce

People Operations Manager

Becky is a Certified HR professional, bringing over a decade of HR Operations and Management Strategy to accelerate growth for organizations. In her prior role, she successfully led the HR integration from an acquisition by the World’s largest Multinational e-commerce company, Ali Baba (2010). With a commitment to excellence in the People Operations space, Becky understands at the core of an organization is its people. Becky’s ability to align culture and values with industry-leading processes enables organizations to develop and companies to scale.

Esther supports the strategy of the business, and partners, through cross-functional alignment on key initiatives. She has experience in supporting HR, Partner Relations, Systems Integrations, Logistics, and Budget Management.
